Marketing Support for Sponsors and Exhibitors
To ensure that our sponsors and exhibitors gain the most from their investment we have set in place a marketing support service. Below are the marketing services we offer as part of the sponsorship and exhibition packages:
Branded Event Banner:
We can place your logo onto the event banner letting your clients know that you’re sponsoring. This makes the banner more personalised for your website. Please let us know what size of banner you would require.
Alternatively feel free to use the media kits from the event website: http://www.digitalservicescongress.com/media-kit/
Supply of Brochures:
We can send you a supply of printed brochures and a PDF version for you to send to clients and colleagues.
Please supply a delivery address and the number of copies you wish to receive.
Co-branded e-invite HTML with your logo :
We can build you a co-branded e-invitation with your logo, message, some event details and the special VIP code for your clients to obtain the 25% discount. We can send this out on your behalf to your client lists or send you the html file to send yourself – the choice is yours!
Send us any latest press releases and we can add these to the event website, and to the Digital Services World Congress Blog.
Featured Speaker Interview:
We can do an interview with your speaker that will go on all dedicated social media and the website. Please note an example here: http://digitalservicesblog.wordpress.com/2013/03/27/exclusive-interview-with-jose-valles-head-of-bluevia-telefonica-digital/ you should supply Q&A; though we do sign it off with the Conference Producer
Send us your latest press releases or write articles dedicated to our Digital Services World Congress blog – all Blog posts will be displayed on all the social media channels. Content is to be reviewed – only newsworthy content will be posted – no sales messages or advertisements.
Please do not forget to tweet using #dscongress and your company’s @. This will be picked up by us an re-tweeted on the @telecomstweet feed as well. Besides we will have a live twitter wall onsite, so please do encourage your team to make you company as visible as possible
Press Wish List:
Send us a list of press you’d like to see at the event and we’ll endeavour to get in touch with them for you.
